With over 12 new developments, more than $4 billion in managed sales efforts, and $55 million of placed private equity loans under his belt, Michael Internoscia is a powerhouse in the real estate and private lending arena.

He is the founder and principal of MME Capital Management LLC as well as the founder, CEO, and managing broker of M&M Private Lending Group LLC which has been licensed to lend in the state of Florida since October 2011. Michael’s focus at M&M is on marketing efforts, broker network management, and placement of funds into the marketplace.

From early 2003 to the current 2016 market, Michael has also served as a principal broker for multiple brokerage entities, specializing in exclusive sales and marketing – driving pre-sales and sell outs for new real estate developments including condominiums, condo hotels, and single family residences.

Michael graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. He is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage originator in the state of Florida (NMLS 864053).
